If you can’t be at the class:
- Go to your dashboard at WebTeachers platform and choose “Report a problem” option.
- Choose the reason of the lesson cancellation and add a commentary (if needed)
When you cancel a lesson, you can receive a 100% or a 50% refund in the form of WebTeachers credit. The refund depends on the time of cancellation: you can get a 100% refund, if you do the cancellation at least 12h before the start of the lesson and 50% if you do it in the period 6-12h before the start of the lesson.
If the scheduled lesson has already taken place, you can’t get a refund.
You can reschedule the next lesson when canceling the lesson - you can add the date and time to the next lesson in the comments section.
