  1. After a student completes the registration process at WebTeachers website, he/she selects a teacher and buys 1, 10, or 30 lessons. Each student has an option for a free 30 minute trial lesson, when both student and teacher discuss goals and plan for the student. When a student books a lesson, the teacher will receive a notification in their email and the WebTeachers messaging system.
  2. When a student is booking a lesson, they will see the teacher’s availability calendar. A student has to select a time and date for the lesson.
  3. A notification will then be sent to the teacher’s email and WebTeachers profile to confirm the date, time and length of the lesson.
  4. Once the lesson has been booked, the teacher and student will receive each other’s Skype usernames.
  5. At the scheduled time of the lesson, both have to be online on Skype and prepared for the lesson. WebTeachers advises adding each other on Skype before the start of the lesson.

WebTeachers recommends that both the teacher and the student add each other to Skype well in advance of class.

There is a built-in messaging system in the WebTeachers platform. Students can send teachers personal messages. Teachers are able to respond to students that have messaged them or booked a lesson.
